How have you been? bet you have been fine, the weather lately has been really cool and relaxing as well.
So because I understand that there is a thing called ‘foot pain’ or “sore foot” and it doesn’t necessarily happen to people as a result of a sickness or whatever, sometimes it’s just stress. Knowing this, it’s also important to know the remedies for this without stepping out of your home…DIY tips for free.
- Foot Bath- a warm foot bath might just be your ticket to alleviating foot pain. Add Epsom salt into your warm water and soak for 20-30 minutes for quick relief.
- Simple Exercises- simple, stretchy, and strengthening exercises can be quite helpful as regards relieving sore foot as well.
- Foot Rub/Massage- not the one you randomly do in your leisure o, you should actually take your time to do this or get some help.
- Change Your Shoes- sometimes, your shoes could be the reason for your consistent foot pain. When you wear shoes beyond their life span or incorrect size of shoe or even a type of shoe for a long time, your feet suffer for it. To fix this, consider getting new, well-fitting shoes and ensure you wear shoes that work for whatever activity you are engaging in.
