ShoeMiners geng whatsup! how una dey na. Today is for my ‘heels family’ o, I’ll be talking about how long you should wear heels, and when it starts posing a threat to your health.
A low heel (1.5 inches or shorter): This should be worn for shopping trips or parties where you’ll be standing for longer periods
A medium heel (1.5 to 3 inches): This should be worn only for show, at weddings, for a dinner date, and so on. You’re probably okay for up to three hours in these heels, but don’t push it beyond that. *If you like push, anything wey your eyes see, take am like that.
A high heel (3.5 inches or taller): It’s best to avoid these if you no get strength, but if you must for fashion’s sake, stand in them for no longer than an hour at a time. “If the shoe is more supportive—it has a closed toe, or it’s a wedge—you may be able to wear them longer than an hour.
Anything other than my above gist, anything wey your eyes see, you will take it like that.
