Living Healthy as an Adult.

Hello, it’s me, I’m in Allen avenue thinking about what we used to be when you were shopping, non-stop.

That’s how I’m gonna say I miss you today. If you are fine, good for you but me I’m not o. Have you people stopped wearing shoes? or what exactly is the issue? haven’t seen a lot of you in the store in ages and I miss you ‘n’ your money.

Today, I want to talk about living a healthy lifestyle as healthy you know is wealth, and we need the wealth to ball proper.

I’ll list 10 easy things that you can make a habit and you’ll be rest assured that your health will thank you.

  1. Eat variety of foods 
  2. Base your diet on plenty of foods rich in carbohydrates
  3. Replace saturated with unsaturated fat
  4. Enjoy plenty of fruits and vegetables
  5. Reduce salt and sugar intake
  6. Eat regularly, control the portion size
  7. Drink plenty of fluids- water especially.
  8. Maintain a healthy body weight
  9. Get on the move, make it a habit!- late night walks, using the stairs .e.t.c.
  10. Start now! And keep changing gradually.
